The Pharmacist Network in London is seeking an Onsite Clinical Pharmacist IP to join a GP practice in Penge on a full-time permanent basis.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team providing pharmaceutical care, resolving medication queries and supporting medicines optimisation.
The role requires GPHC registration, IP qualification, CPPE exposure and experience in general practice; EMIS or System1 experience is preferred.
