We are now looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior Designer to join our growing Creative team.
What will you be doing?
Client and integrated responsibilities
- Design and collaboratively with creative and account teams to produce high-quality assets for use on Web, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop a strong understanding of how to adapt designs for difference audiences, formats and platforms.
- Take part in internal brainstorms, contributing creative ideas and design lead asset suggestions.
- Support interal design needs across the agency, including agency initiatives, sales and marketing campaigns, new business proposals (deck templates and conceptual design) and in-house social media content planning.
- Forge and execute exciting ideas for marketing campaigns for both internal and external use.
Growth
- Show curiosity and a desire to learn, seeking feedback to continually develop design skills and creative thinking.
- Take part in training, internals reviews, and mentorship opportunities to build experience and confidence.
Personal and stakeholder management
- Joining briefing calls with internal teams, accurately documenting and circulating actions.
- Begin developing upward management skills, communicating progress, successes and flagging issues/challenges to the senior design team promptly
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, including the creative team and other divisions across the agency, becoming a trusted day-to-day point of contact.
Industry knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of key design and social platforms – staying across new trends, tools, features, specifications, and evolving formats – to help keep internal teams and clients at the forefront of the industry.
Tools and technical skills
- Demonstrate practical knowledge across core design software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
