Introduction to the role
We are now looking for a passionate, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing Corporate team. You can expect to support across a range of leading brands across health, professional services and renewable energy with opportunities to work on integrated briefs across the wider agency too.
Core Responsibilities
- Regular delivery of high-quality coverage for accounts.
- Develop writing skills that benefit clients, either through coverage delivery or other client-facing written work.
- Share regular coverage result updates with clients to showcase success.
- Proactively ensure client-facing documents are accurate and up to date, such as WIP documents, coverage logs, reports, etc.
- Own sections on regular clients calls, prepare agendas, and accurately document and circulate actions.
- Start to build a relationship with clients under the supervision of the account lead.
Stay Curious
- Start your book of contacts by arranging regular meets with journalists, influencers, and other key figures relevant to your sector, converting meetings into opportunities for clients.
- Attend role-specific training and participate in agencywide activities and initiatives to build relationships with colleagues.
- Use AI tools responsibly to support creativity, efficiency, insight, and high-quality output, applying professional judgment to ensure all work remains accurate, ethical, and aligned with client and company standards.
Stay Human
- Demonstrate regular and effective upward management to Account Managers, communicating successes and flagging issues/challenges at the earliest opportunity.
- Provide ad hoc support to junior colleagues, such as Interns and Junior Account Executives, as required on accounts.
Stay Ahead
- Continue to contribute on an ad hoc basis to new business campaigns by identifying brands and businesses that could benefit from the agency’s services.
