Role Overview
This is an opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of paid social experience to step into a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment building campaign setup, day‑to‑day management and reporting across Meta and TikTok. You will receive senior support and a clear path to growing into budget ownership and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure campaigns, ad sets, ads and tests in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Monitor daily performance, optimise campaigns and troubleshoot issues under senior guidance.
- Produce clear, actionable reports and insights using tools such as Northbeam, Data Studio and spreadsheets.
- Brief and support the creative team, summarising performance data and identifying creative iterations.
- Participate in strategy and learning sessions, contributing ideas as you grow.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–2 years in DTC paid social, with hands‑on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and ideally TikTok.
- Strong foundation in performance marketing and familiarity with CPA, ROAS, CAC, MER, eROAS, NC‑ROAS, CTR, CVR.
- Knowledge of modern Meta landscape, including Advantage+ Sales Campaigns and AI‑driven targeting.
- Data‑savvy: confident in spreadsheets, analytics tools, and capable of pulling and interpreting campaign data.
- Understanding of Shopify and how paid social fits into the e‑commerce funnel.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate reporting and analysis.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and deadline‑driven.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong communicator both verbally and written.
- Team player with a sense of accountability.
