We are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at The Vet Bristol! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
We're looking for a customer service superstar who can help to create a really positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets. We're looking for someone to join us at the earliest convenience, working 40 hours per week. This consists of 4 days per week and 1 in 4 weekends. You must be able to work on rota within our opening hours (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 9am-3pm).
Our ideal candidate will be very comfortable approaching our customers, armed with a big smile and the determination to make each customer's experience with us the best it can possibly be. To support you in your role, we'll make sure you receive the best training. You'll be able to take full advantage of our CPD for veterinary reception teams, provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
