The Pet Vet Nottingham is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our friendly reception team, delivering welcoming, efficient service to customers and their pets in person and on the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping to create a positive, long-lasting impression as part of a six-strong reception team in our purpose-built, spacious practice.
The role is weekends only (Saturday and Sunday, 10am–2pm) with training through BVRA CPD, and a benefits package
