We’re on the lookout for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at The Pet Vet Morden. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a customer service superstar who can help to create a really positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets. You will work part‑time, 32 hours per week, with flexibility for days and weekends as needed.
As a Customer Experience Coordinator you will be our customers’ first point of contact, greeting them at reception and providing the voice at the end of the phone. You will deliver a fabulous, long‑lasting first impression.
You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing CPD through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association). You will also be part of our newly adopted deskless reception system, completing check‑in and check‑out processes on a tablet, guiding customers through services such as our Pet Health Plans, and ensuring they have time to ask any questions.
We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, confident, and happy to support our customers in this way.
