This isn’t just another Vet role. This is your chance to help build something from the ground up. We’re opening a brand-new, purpose-built veterinary surgery at the heart of the Feltham, Ashford and Sunbury community and we’re looking for 2 Vets with over 3 years experience to help shape what it becomes along with the Head Vet. From day one, you’ll play a central role in creating a surgery that delivers exceptional clinical care, outstanding customer experience, and a genuinely supportive team culture.

You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art, light and spacious surgery, fully equipped with modern diagnostics, that’s designed to be calm for pets, comfortable for customers, and inspiring for colleagues. The surgery will have 8 consult rooms, 3 operating theatres, separate dental and imaging suites, with a spacious prep area and wards. You will influence how the practice runs, how the team works together, and how care is delivered, all while being supported by one of the UK’s largest independent, family-owned veterinary groups.
The role
You’ll be a key clinical leader in the surgery, delivering excellent first-opinion care and setting the standard for the team. Your day-to-day will include:
- Consulting, diagnosing and treating a wide range of cases
- Performing routine and more advanced surgical procedures
- Delivering preventive healthcare and promoting long-term wellbeing
- Building strong, trusted relationships with customers
- Supporting and mentoring your nursing team
- Leading by example in clinical governance and patient care
We’re looking for a confident GP vet with strong all-round skills, ideally with a special interest that we can support and develop with you.
Working pattern
