We’re on the lookout for a Deputy Head Nurse to join our nursing team at Warrington! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, dedicated to consistently delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service. This role assists the Head Nurse in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, governance and continuous improvement of the clinical activities within the surgery. Our ideal candidate will be a team player - keen to get stuck in and support their colleagues. You’ll have excellent communication skills and thrive on a varied caseload! Working Hours & Flexibility

Our full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, to support a healthy work-life balance. Each shift is 9 hours long and includes a mix of consulting, inpatient and surgical duties across the week. Our weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all, and we’re proud to offer flexible working patterns for many of our team members.
