The Pet Vet in Nottingham is seeking a Deputy Customer Experience Manager to support the Customer Experience Manager and lead our team of Customer Experience Coordinators. This full-time role includes weekends in rotation and a focus on delivering a warm, efficient, pet-friendly reception experience for every visitor.
You’ll receive training through BVRA CPD programs and have opportunities to enhance our social media presence while upselling services such as the Pet Health Plan.
