What We're Looking For

Ideally we’re seeking a Veterinary with over 3 years of experience, including at least one year practicing in the UK. The right candidate will have a genuine passion for early diagnostics, a strong commitment to following through on treatment plans, and a drive for continuous clinical development. You’ll be responsible for delivering preventive care, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, and managing cases with care and consistency. A strong focus on pet wellbeing is essential. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and thrives as part of a close-knit, supportive team that includes both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.

Working Hours & Flexibility

Our full‐time Vets typically work a 4‐day week, with a consistent day off to support a healthy work‐life balance. Each shift is 9 hours long and includes a mix of consulting and surgical duties across the week. To support effective communication and admin, every Vet has a dedicated hour each day for administrative tasks—built right into the working day. Our weekend rota follows a 1‐in‐4 pattern. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all, and we’re proud to offer flexible working patterns for many of our team members. If you’re looking for something slightly different from the structure above, we’re more than happy to have a chat. We’re committed to finding a setup that works for you—because balance matters.
