We’re opening a brand-new veterinary surgery — and we’re looking for a Head Vet to lead it from day one. This is a rare opportunity to take full clinical ownership of a new practice, build your own team, and shape how care is delivered from the ground up. Most leadership roles ask you to step into something already built. This one gives you the chance to create it.

You’ll lead a modern, purpose‑built surgery, fully equipped with the latest technology, influence clinical standards, team culture, and the overall direction of the practice. As Head Vet, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellence in both patient care and team performance.

We’re looking for a confident, experienced vet who:

  • Has strong all‑round GP experience
  • Enjoys leading, mentoring and developing others

Working pattern:

  • 4 days per week (9‑hour shifts)
  • 1 in 4 weekends
  • Average 39 hours per week
  • Dedicated admin time built into every shift
