We’re on the lookout for a Customer Experience Manager to join us at The Pet Vet Doncaster on a full time basis! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well‑established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a customer service superstar who can lead our team of Customer Experience Coordinators in creating a really positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets. Ideally, you'll already have management experience in the service or hospitality industry. Our team is the first impression; you'll guide customers at reception, provide refreshments, and handle check‑in/out on a tablet, while upselling products and services such as our Pet Health Plan.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Customer Experience Coordinators team.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and their pets.
- Guide customers to appropriate seating areas, offer refreshments, and complete check‑in/out processes using tablets.
- Upsell products and services, including the Pet Health Plan.
- Represent the surgery to deliver a 5‑star customer service experience.
- Take full advantage of ongoing CPD through the BVRA to enhance customer service.
Qualifications
- Management experience in the service or hospitality industry.
- No formal requirement for veterinary knowledge, but a passion for pet care is desirable.
