Anima Care is recruiting for a Site Operations Manager at our Silvermere Haven Pet Crematorium/Pet Cemetery in Cobham, UK. You will be accountable for the safe, efficient and compliant day-to-day operation of the site, leading an operational team and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality and performance.

You will deputise for the General Manager, manage regulatory compliance, payroll, budgeting, vendor relations and customer-facing support, while maintaining a dignified environment.
