The Perse School is seeking a Theatre Administrator to support the Perse Drama and Theatre Department.

About the Department

The Department is part of the Peter Hall Performing Arts Centre and offers pupils opportunities to develop as performers, theatre‑makers, technicians, designers and creative collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative functions of the Performing Arts Centre (PAC), Theatre Productions and Perse Academy of Performing Arts (PAPA).
  • Maintain accurate records, registers, booking information, parent communications, event documentation and other supporting administrative processes.
  • Work independently, solve problems and manage time across multiple tasks within the theatre and PAC provision.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable and capable of working independently.
  • Experience or knowledge of performing‑arts administration is preferred but not required.
