The Perfume Shop in Worcester is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and run daily operations. You will lead a diverse team, coach colleagues, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting store targets.
This is a fixed-term contract for 20.5 hours per week, paying £14.49 per hour. You’ll manage rosters, assist with payroll budgets, and act as a key holder, opening and closing the store when needed.
