The Perfume Shop is looking for a Team Leader to help run our store front by leading a diverse team and delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the Store Manager with rosters, stock control, and daily operations, while maintaining a high-standard shopping experience.
This is a permanent role with 20 contracted hours and a £15.78 pay rate. You will motivate your team, coach staff, and ensure targets are met with rewards and recognition.
