We’re looking for a fabulous Regional Trainer to join our People Team and play a key role in delivering engaging, effective learning experiences across our retail stores. You’ll support the development of our Store Teams, helping them grow their skills, confidence, and performance through tailored training and coaching.
You’ll work closely with Area Managers and the Training Manager to identify training needs, deliver impactful sessions, and champion a culture of continuous learning across your region.
This role is field based, covering the south of England and Ireland.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver induction, operational, and development training to Store Teams across your region.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Store Managers on embedding a learning culture.
- Support Store Manager inductions, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and use data to inform future training plans.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of training programmes that drive performance and customer engagement.
- Support wider L&D initiatives across Head Office and the Warehouse.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Trainer or looking for the next step in your Learning & Development career.
- Passion for L&D and Retail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Confidence in delivering training to individuals and groups.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (including ROI).
- Interest in completing an L&D Practitioner Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
