As a Sales Advisor, you will create an outstanding customer experience and grow sales. You will help the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets, delivering against key targets that drive the success of the store.
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: £8.81 – £13.04 per hour
Contracted Hours: 10 per week
What You Will Do:
- Greet customers and give great service by listening to their needs
- Provide advice to customers on their perfume choices, with full training provided
- Help the team achieve and exceed store and team targets – with incentives and prizes for success
- Offer each customer a free reward card to maximise future offers and savings
