The Perfume Shop in Leeds is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, and to drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will coach and mentor staff, manage rosters and store procedures, ensure excellent customer service, and open/close the store as a key holder. The role offers 20 contracted hours per week with a permanent contract and £14.49 per hour.
