The Perfume Shop is seeking an experienced Retail Finance Manager to lead cost accounting, reporting and forecasting as part of the Finance team in High Wycombe. You will shape a data-led finance function through automation and responsible AI, partnering with Heads of Department to drive better decision-making.
You will coach a team of analysts, own P&L analysis, and deliver monthly flash forecasts, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
