We’re looking for a Property Coordinator to join our Property team and play a key role in keeping our Head Office, Warehouse and Stores running smoothly.
You’ll be at the centre of the team, helping to coordinate property activity, support contractor relationships and ensure information flows clearly across the business.

- WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as the first point of contact for property-related queries, helping issues get logged, prioritised and resolved effectively.
- Coordinate contractors across our stores, Head Office and Warehouse, ensuring work is planned, communicated and delivered to a high standard.
- Build strong working relationships with contractors, suppliers and colleagues to support smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
- Create and share clear communications, keeping stakeholders updated on progress, risks and key property activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and cost trackers, supporting the management of operational and capital expenditure.
- WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in a coordination, administrative or support role, ideally within property, facilities, retail or another operational environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to stay calm when priorities change.
- Confidence using Outlook and Excel to manage information, reports and trackers.
- An understanding of property or facilities management and the importance of supporting a busy retail environment. A driving licence would be useful but isn't essential.
