We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to join our People Team at our Head Office on a 7‑month FTC (until the end of December 2026) and play a key role in shaping a high‑performing, inclusive and engaged culture. Reporting to the People Manager, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and managers across Head Office, providing proactive, commercially minded people advice and support. This is a brilliant opportunity to balance day‑to‑day people partnering with impactful project work, while coaching leaders to build confidence and capability in people management.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Head Office leaders, providing trusted people advice across the employee lifecycle
- Coach and develop line managers to build strong people management capability
- Support delivery of people KPIs, including performance management, absence and retention
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes
- Use people data and insight to spot trends and recommend practical solutions
- Support workforce planning, organisational change and people‑focused projects
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D and Employee Experience teams to deliver joined‑up solutions
What you’ll bring:
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or qualified by experience
- Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Confidence influencing and coaching senior stakeholders
- Experience using HR systems such as Oracle (or similar)
- Strong organisation, communication and prioritisation skills
