We’re looking for a fabulous People Co-ordinator – Retail to join our People Team and play a key role in providing dedicated support by ensuring the smooth and timely delivery across employee relations activities, including frequent travel to support formal employee relations meetings. This role is also a key point of contact for our store-based employees, guiding them on day-to-day people-related queries and escalating matters when necessary.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for store employees, providing policy guidance and escalating issues when needed.
- Coordinate employee relations activities (disciplinary, grievance, wellbeing, flexible working, absence, lateness, probation, performance reviews), including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Attend and take notes at employee relations meetings, supporting Retail Managers and the People Operations Retail Team both on-site and remotely.
- Support People Advisors with family leave requests (maternity, paternity, adoption) and liaise with People Services on compliance checks such as right to work.
- Maintain accurate employee records on HR systems, produce reports for case management, and assist with GDPR/SAR data requests.
