We’re looking for a brilliant Online Business Trading Coordinator to join our Online Business Team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience across our website. You’ll play a key role in optimising product content, supporting new launches, enhancing our trading execution, and driving online sales performance. If you’re commercially minded, passionate about eCommerce, and looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced digital environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and optimise trading and marketing plans for your supplier portfolio, ensuring timelines are met to drive sales and profit.
- Set up and launch new products on site, ensuring perfect execution and timely delivery.
- Support in delivering a best-in-class online customer journey, improving conversion and average transaction value.
- Work closely with the Online Business team to maximise new product launches and sales objectives.
- Brief the Design Team on website creative requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Be accountable for all e-commerce metrics and optimisation of your supplier brands.
- Use data, insights and supplier information to understand customer behaviour and make customer-focused decisions.
