We’re looking for a fantastic Learning & Development Partner to join our People & Development Team and play a key role in shaping the future of learning at The Perfume Shop. You’ll design and deliver innovative training programmes that empower our Head Office and Warehouse teams to perform at their best, grow their skills, and embrace a culture of continuous development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about learning, collaboration, and driving change through creative and impactful solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Champion a culture of learning and professional growth across Head Office and Warehouse.
- Conduct training needs analysis and partner with managers to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes using blended learning approaches (e-learning, virtual, and face-to-face), using data-driven insights to evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI.
- Create digital learning content and manage LMS platforms to support diverse learning needs.
- Develop and implement an annual training plan covering onboarding, compliance, and role-specific skills.
- Promote apprenticeships and accredited learning pathways.
- Lead and contribute to L&D projects, leveraging technology and AI to enhance the employee experience.
What You’ll Bring
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification in Learning & Development or qualified by experience.
- Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programmes.
- Strong instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools, LMS administration, and e-learning authoring software.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A creative, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between locations.
