The Perfume Shop in Grays is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and drive daily store operations. You will lead a diverse team, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while helping achieve store targets.
You’ll manage rosters, assist with payroll budgets, prevent stock loss, and act as a key holder to open and close the store. This permanent role offers 22 contracted hours per week.
