The Perfume Shop is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will lead by example, coach staff, and help the team deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring store targets are met and bonuses earned.
Contracted Hours: 20.5 per week. Fixed Term Contract. Pay rate £14.49 per hour. Benefits include 30 days holiday pro rata, staff discounts, commission at Christmas, Wagestream access, and other benefits through AS Watson Group.
