We’re looking for a fabulous Digital Designer to join our Online Business team and play a key role in the design and delivery of all marketing materials within our Online Business and CRM teams

You’ll be supporting the UX & Design Lead with the planning, design and delivery of all creative and digital artwork material, ensuring you provide innovative ideas for future projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Continually updating and maintaining any promotional and internal design materials in keeping with The Perfume Shop’s brand and supplier guidelines.

· Supporting the Junior Digital Designers to ensure their design work is correctly produced in line with The Perfume Shop’s guidelines, providing clear constructive feedback where necessary.

· Communicating effectively with all areas of the business to ensure the delivery of a great design service.

· Supporting the UX & Design Lead in reviewing and analysing The Perfume Shop’s website content when required, ensuring you highlight any problem areas in a timely manner.

· Taking accountability for maintaining an awareness of The Perfume Shop’s competitor campaigns and promotions, ensuring you highlight key competitor activity to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.

· Acting as a mentor for the Junior Digital Designers when needed, escalating any apparent training needs to the UX & Design Lead.

· You have similar experience in a similar design role

· A thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma (or an alternative UX Design tool) is essential as well as a good basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.

· Experience of having represented brands and working with brand guidelines is desirable

· You have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to innovate and bring new ideas to an ever-expanding team
