We’re looking for a fabulous Junior Ecommerce Trading Lead to join our Online Business team. This role is responsible for driving online performance through effective team leadership, strategic commercial planning, supplier engagement, and data‑led decision‑making. You will also be required to support the Senior Trading Manager in delivery of joint business plans, achievement of growth targets, optimisation of key performance indicators. Additionally, this role fosters cross‑functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment and drive success across the organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the trading calendar, identify growth opportunities, and support forecasting and demand planning.
  • Influence suppliers with strategic guidance to enhance online performance, and act as a key escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage Online Trading Executives and Coordinators, ensuring clear responsibilities, efficient workflows, and ongoing coaching and development.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor trading performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements across platforms and supplier partnerships.
  • Align with internal teams on product, pricing, and promotions, and work with Digital Marketing to optimise SEO, PPC, and landing page content.
