We’re looking for a Fabulous Buying Assistant to join our dynamic Buying team. In this role you’ll provide essential day‑to‑day support to our Buyers and help shape product decisions by building strong relationships with The Perfume Shop’s suppliers and delivering timely, accurate information. You’ll also be the go‑to contact for our stores, working closely with Area Managers to understand and respond to store needs effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Supplier & store liaison: Communicate with suppliers and act as first contact for stores and Area Managers
- Product & pricing setup: Manage new product data, pricing accuracy, and internal system updates
- Promotions & POS coordination: Organise signage, merchandising instructions, and warehouse distribution
- Forecasting & ordering: Collaborate with Merchandisers to support stock planning and order placement
- Reporting & data management: Maintain stock data and produce regular/ad‑hoc reports
