We’re looking for an excellent Digital Learning Assistant to join our People Team on a 7‑month FTC and play a key role in bringing online learning to life across The Perfume Shop. Working closely with our Learning & Development Team, you’ll help us deliver brilliant digital experiences that empower people to grow by creating engaging and inclusive online content. If you enjoy being creative and bringing ideas to life through digital content, then this is the role for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create professional, accessible online learning content including PDFs, interactive modules and videos and ensure it integrates smoothly with the LMS.
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the LMS and related learning technologies.
  • Partner with Internal Communications to share engaging updates when new learning launches.
  • Provide friendly, timely LMS helpdesk support to employees.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to develop specialist and technical training solutions.
  • Quality check all content and user experiences and produce regular and ad‑hoc learning reports.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Previous experience in creating training materials is beneficial — but not essential. We’ll support you with training.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability to design and develop creative, engaging learning materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective workload management.
  • Comfortable using initiative and offering innovative ideas and solutions.
