The Role

This is a fast‐paced, hands‐on role where no two days are the same — perfect for those who thrive in a busy, buzzing environment and love spreading festive cheer.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet every customer with a warm welcome.
- Confidently recommend products and help customers find the perfect gift.
- Promote our exclusive loyalty card to boost customer savings and brand loyalty.
- Gift‐wrap like a pro — ribbons, wrapping, and all the festive trimmings.
- Handle payments and transactions quickly and accurately.
- Keep the store looking magical — tidy, stocked, and sparkling.
