We’re looking for a Scentsational Property Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office and play a key role in keeping our stores, warehouse and office environments running smoothly. This role sits at the heart of our Property team, helping to coordinate activity across the business and ensuring issues are managed quickly and effectively. Working in a fast‑paced retail environment, you’ll be hands‑on, organised and solutions‑focused, helping to minimise disruption and keep everything moving.
What you’ll do
- Act as the first point of contact for property queries, ensuring issues are logged, prioritised and resolved efficiently
- Coordinate contractors across stores, Head Office and warehouse, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to support smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress, risks, costs and updates
- Maintain accurate trackers, records and property reports
- Monitor estate standards, supporting audits and identifying areas for improvement
- Support budgeting processes (Opex & Capex) while identifying opportunities to improve ways of working
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a coordination, administrative or operational support role (property/facilities/retail desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with experience managing trackers, reports or cost data
- Good working knowledge of tools such as Outlook and Excel
- A collaborative, flexible and hands‑on approach with an understanding of a live retail environment
