The Perfume Shop is seeking a Team Leader in Burnley to support the Store Manager with daily operations, lead by example, and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and hit key targets.
You will manage rosters, assist with payroll budgets, prevent stock loss, and ensure the store opens and closes on time while delivering exceptional service. Contracted hours are 22.5, with a permanent contract and a pay rate of £14.49 per hour.
