My client is a part of a European group who are dedicated to solving thermal energy issues by providing high quality solutions across a wide range of industries. They provide equipment to organisations across the FMCG, food, chemical, pharmaceutical and public sector.
This role will manage a team of 18 people including Field Service Engineers and an Admin Support person. The field service team are based across the UK and Scotland and this role will be mainly office based in Borehamwood, Herts but will involve mentoring and training the team in the field.
You will be a qualified Mechanical/Chemical Engineer with strong man management skills and the ability to get the best out of your team. Experience within the Steam or HVAC industry would be extremely beneficial.
The role offers a competitive salary package including a company car and bonuses.
