We freshly prepare and serve proper pub food with a British farmhouse focus, allowing seasonality and quality of ingredients to lead our menus. Your focus as Chef de Partie will be the running a section in The Perch Inn restaurant kitchen, working alongside our Senior Chefs to ensure the delivery of a superb farmhouse style menu and to maintain the high standards currently in place.
