What you\'ll be doing:

  • This role is focused on fostering positive relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with reporting obligations, and providing strategic guidance on regulatory matters.
  • Supporting the management of regulatory interactions with The Pensions Regulator (primarily for master trust supervision), FCA, PRA, DWP, ICO, and HMRC.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, acting as a point of contact for regulatory enquiries.
  • Engage with regulators to stay informed about changes in regulations, anticipate regulatory trends, and communicate potential impacts to the organisation.
  • Provide advice on regulatory matters to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business units to understand the regulatory landscape and its impact on operations.
