What you’ll be doing: Working as an integral part of an agile product development team the Product Owner will be working to deliver a pre-agreed roadmap of features across our internal application relating to the transition and management of all communication with our customers via a new Customer Communication Management system (CCM). They will educate the wider business on the product vision and motivate the team in scheduling, design, and delivery of change.
- Working as part of a Project, to replace the current document template and generation systems with a third party customer communication management platform.
- Drive and deliver against an agreed roadmap of product enhancements.
- Working closely with an agile product team to produce an effective and innovative solution.
- Obtaining SME sign off on prepared requirements, receiving demos/ delivering UAT on behalf of the business & leading demos to stakeholders outside the delivery team.
- Maintains a detailed sprint plan scheduling development work in accordance with product priorities and team velocity.
- Reporting on sprint progress and key feature delivery to internal sponsors.
- Providing regular updates to key stakeholders and sharing product vision with the wider organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working within a wide range of technologies and a good technical mindset.
- Can articulate a good understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
- Good understanding of digital principles and experience in applying digital principles within a customer journey.
- Experience in leading workshops and exercising exploratory questioning techniques.
- Strong self-starter with strong organisation skills.
