About the team: Talent Brand shapes how Affirm shows up to talent bringing our mission and culture to life. As part of Talent Acquisition, we help attract and engage the right people globally.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll shape how Affirm shows up to talent globally delivering clear, consistent storytelling that connects our mission to the people we want to reach.
- Contribute to and evolve our global talent brand strategy across social, web, and internal channels, aligning work to Talent Acquisition priorities.
- Create clear, thoughtful content that brings our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life and helps candidates understand how we work and why it matters.
- Manage and execute social content from planning through publishing, using insights to improve reach and engagement.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, Communications and external partners to deliver cohesive campaigns across markets.
- Maintain and optimise careers site and job board content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and a strong candidate experience.
- Use data and experimentation to measure performance, share insights, and improve outcomes over time.
What we look for:

- You have 2-3 years experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- You have experience in talent brand, marketing, or social media, with a track record of contributing to impactful work.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay Grade - H
- Equity Grade - 3
- Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
- Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidised medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).
- In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
- GBR base pay range per year: £61,000 - £99,000.

Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office. A limited number of roles remain office-based due to the nature of their job responsibilities.
