We're supporting a growing contractor-developer with an established development arm, known for delivering high‐quality residential and mixed‐tenure schemes across the region. The business has delivered several hundred homes in recent years and built strong relationships with partners, funders and local authorities.

Following new ownership and the appointment of two highly respected senior leaders, the company is entering a new phase of growth. They are now establishing a dedicated New Build Residential & High‐Rise Division, while continuing to deliver a secured pipeline of façade remediation and refurbishment schemes already in motion.

This is a rare opportunity to join early, help shape delivery standards, and play a key role in building a division that will become known for high‐rise, multi‐storey residential delivery. As Operations Manager, you will oversee 4-5 live schemes, providing leadership, structure and consistency across multiple project teams.
