Due to exciting growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Senior Operative (with FLT counterbalance / Reach) to join a company who are experiencing incredible growth. Based out of their Head Office / warehouse in Bolton, this person will be responsible for operating within the goods in and out department in an effective and efficient manner.

For their chosen sector, our client is the number one goods supplier in the UK, stocking and supplying a fully comprehensive range of products and selling to both consumer and trade in the UK. They are currently looking to meet with a hands-on Warehouse Operative (with FLT Counterbalance / Reach), looking to progress their career and be part of a dynamic yet results orientated warehouse team.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the ideal Warehouse Operative (with FLT Reach)
- Receiving and dispatch in the warehouse via picking and packing.
- Achieve effective KPI scores to deliver results.
- Ensuring the safe and speedy movement of goods and stock flow.
- Become the go-to person for all Goods In matters.
- Maintain high standards of Health and Safety, hygiene and security for your department.
- FLT Reach (and Counterbalance) duties where required.
Ideal Warehouse Senior Operative (with FLT Reach) Experience
- 2+ years' proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse goods in environment.
- Valid Reach FLT Licence and proven experience (counterbalance is a bonus) and a driving license is preferred.
- Physically fit with the ability to work on their feet all day.
- Excellent written, numerical and IT skills such as e-mail, CRM, Word, Excel in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
- Track record of hitting KPI's in a performing warehouse.
- Develop an excellent level of product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
