What You'll Be Doing
Supporting enquiries that automation can't resolve - Whats App, calls, emails, booking viewings and sending property details.
Managing viewing calendars and keeping consultants' diaries accurate.
Guiding prospects through applications, referencing, Right to Rent and tenancy sign‑off.
Overseeing referencing SLAs with our third‑party partner to keep move‑ins on track.
Refreshing listings with accurate imagery, EPCs, council tax bands, pricing and descriptions.
Providing resident support through touch‑base calls and general admin as the role grows.
Keeping CRM records tight - logging enquiries, updating statuses and ensuring no lead goes cold.
Feeding back insights on pricing, objections, viewing trends and resident experience.
What We're Looking For
Lettings or property experience - agency, BTR, coordination, resident services or hospitality.
Strong communication across phone, Whats App and email.
