This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio of around 150 high-quality apartments, mostly across Manchester, with some remote oversight of units in other major UK cities. The Role
- Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio, ensuring tenants and landlords receive a smooth, professional service.
- Be a key point of contact for residents, handling queries and keeping communication clear and timely.
- Support tenants through move-ins and move-outs, helping to create a positive experience at every stage.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, working with trusted contractors and developer aftercare teams.
- Ensure properties meet current safety and compliance standards.
- Handle tenancy deposits and end-of-tenancy processes with accuracy and fairness.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep everything running efficiently and maintain excellent service levels.
You Will Have
- At least 2 years' experience in residential property management.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
- Great communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- A good understanding of tenancy regulations and processes.
- A proactive, positive approach and the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords and colleagues.
- An interest in working towards the Propertymark ARLA Level 3 qualification.
