Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Are you an experienced SEO professional ready to lead high-impact strategies for a diverse range of clients? We are on the lookout for a talented SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team.

In this role, you will work across a portfolio of both B2B and B2C clients in a variety of industries, driving organic growth through technical audits, content strategy, and collaborative, integrated marketing efforts. You will be the go-to SEO expert - confident in both execution and communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and deliver tailored SEO strategies that align with each client’s goals and drive measurable results.
  • Own SEO performance for your clients - reporting on progress, sharing insights, and integrating SEO into wider marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Content, PR, and Paid Media teams to ensure a unified approach across digital channels.
  • Conduct in-depth technical audits, identify issues, and provide solutions based on current SEO best practices.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies including prospecting, outreach, and content partnerships.
  • Use advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to build content roadmaps that fuel organic visibility.
  • Partner with internal teams to bring your strategies to life - from briefing content to supporting PR campaigns.
  • Stay curious, stay current, and stay proactive in suggesting improvements and opportunities for growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A strong understanding of technical SEO, link-building, and on-page optimisation.
  • Proven experience working directly with clients and presenting performance updates.
  • A collaborative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and learning.
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
