Senior Design Manager - Façade Remediation / Recladding London £85,000-£90,000 + Package We're supporting a contractor-developer entering a major new phase of strategic growth under new ownership and a modern senior leadership team.
With a secured pipeline of major façade remediation, recladding and high-rise refurbishment schemes , the business is strengthening its senior technical capability to support a more coordinated, compliant and high-performing delivery model.
We're now looking for a Senior Design Manager who can lead façade-led design strategy across multiple high-rise remediation projects.
Bringing structure, technical understanding and confident leadership to the design process.
You'll oversee consultants, specialist façade contractors and fire-engineering teams, drive technical consistency, challenge design proposals, and ensure all information aligns with programme, cost and regulatory requirements including Building Safety Act , BSR Gateway 2 , golden thread and PAS 9980 obligations.
