Sales Progressor
Our client is a leading property investment company with a strong presence in the UK. They specialise in connecting developers with investors, offering exclusive off-market opportunities and strategic insights. They are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team.
The Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the sales process from exchange of contracts through to completion, ensuring that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organised, great with customers on the phone and by email, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales progression process from exchange of contracts through to legal completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other professionals involved in the sales process, ensuring that all parties are up to date with the progress of the sale.
- Keep buyers informed of progress throughout the sales process, providing regular updates and answering any questions they may have.
- Ensure all legal documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Deal with any issues or problems that may arise during the sales process, finding solutions and keeping all parties informed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that all data is entered onto the CRM database.
- Liaise with the sales team and build strong internal relationships.
- Assist the sales team with the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
