If you love speaking to people, converting enquiries, and delivering standout customer service, this role will suit you perfectly. You'll be part of a central sales team handling inbound enquiries across phone, email, live chat and social channels - guiding students through their booking journey and helping the portfolio hit occupancy and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound enquiries across phone, email, live chat & WhatsApp
- Guide customers through the booking journey with warmth and clarity
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to final booking
- Maximise revenue through strong engagement and upselling
- Maintain accurate CRM records and log all activity
- Follow up consistently to ensure no lead is missed
