The Role:

• Build relationships with both clients and candidates in your market.
• Source, engage, and headhunt top talent across the property sector.
• Write compelling adverts and create content that cuts through.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from taking briefs to closing offers.
• Nurture client accounts and drive new business opportunities.
• Develop your personal brand while staying ahead of market trends.
