We're looking for a Property Manager to oversee a varied portfolio with an award-winning company known for excellence in the property sector.

The main responsibilities of a Property Manager:

• Communicate with landlords in a way that reflects the high-level service
• Move-in and Move-out appointments
• Ensuring that we have a suitable number of keys sets for tenants, and to suitably manage any new properties.
• Organising & recommending maintenance works
• Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords
• Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
• Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
• Dealing with Deposits
• Managing a portfolio of residential properties

What we're looking for in the ideal Property Manager:

• Minimum of 1 years Property Management experience
• High levels of organisation
• Time management
• Full UK Driving License (Desirable)
